Full Wedding Planning

Starting at $3,000

Taking the stress off of you from beginning to end by guiding you every step of the way, this package includes:

Planning checklist
Vendor/venue referrals & management
Vendor liaison
Attendance at all vendor/venue meetings (schedule permitting)
Budget breakdown and/or tracking (if requested)
Hotel room blocking

Day Of Wedding Management

starting at $1,750

Executing the wedding you planned. Starting 90 days before the wedding, this package includes:

Full details meeting
Vendor referrals
Attendance at final vendor/venue meetings (schedule permitting)
Timeline creation
Rehearsal direction (along with your officiant)
Assistance/supervision of setup/tear down
Vendor management:
- Contract reviews
- Confirmation of services booked
- Distribution of final payments & tips
- Communication throughout the wedding day

Hourly Wedding Coordination

Starting at $150 per hour

Don’t need complete day of wedding coordination? This package includes:

5 hour minimum
- 2 hour full details meeting
- 1 hour final venue meeting
- 2 hours on the wedding day
Additional hour required for rehearsal (if coordinating ceremony)
Additional hour required for timeline creation

Wedding Coaching

Starting at $575

Desire to be truly hands on with all of your wedding planning, but have no idea what to do or where to begin? Coaching you through all the things, this package includes:

(5) 1 hour coaching sessions
- Additional hours can be added at a rate of $75 per hour
